张小红,男,工学博士,博士生导师、导航工程系主任。兼任国际大地测量协会(IAG)非差模糊度解算及PPP-RTK 工作组主席、全球华人导航定位协会(CPGPS)协会主席、IAG中国委员会委员、中国卫星导航定位协会教育与发展专业委员会主任委员。

主要从事卫星导航定位技术及其应用、组合导航等方面的教学和研究工作。主持国家863、国家自然科学基金(杰青、面上)、北斗二代重大专项、湖北省技术创新重大专项,参加国家973计划、自然科学基金创新研究群等科研项目40余项;获省部级科技进步奖5项。在Geophysical Research Letter、Journal of Geodesy、GPS Solutions、《地球物理学报》、《测绘学报》、《武汉大学学报(信息科学版)》等本学科领域国内外权威刊物上发表论文180余篇,其中SCI收录80余篇;出版专著2部,主编教材3部,参编教材3部。授权国家发明专利4项,登记软件著作权10余项,获省部级科技进步奖6项。先后指导博士研究生13人(7人已毕业)、硕士研究生40余人。
